Where can you ride it?

Private e-scooter rules differ by state. They are legal in public in VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS and the ACT, with speed and age limits. They are still illegal in public in NSW and the NT.

Top speed of 40 km/h is above the public-riding limit in every state that allows private e-scooters (25 km/h, or 20 km/h in VIC). QLD bans devices that can exceed 25 km/h. It must be limited to ride legally in public.
