Editor's take
Our verdict
Talaria's full-size enduro and MX bike, with 32 kW peak and a 4374 Wh battery, for private land or tracks only.
Who it's for
Experienced riders with private land or club track access who want a full-size bike. It isn't a bicycle and can't be registered, so it is off-road only, not for roads, paths or other public land. No minimum rider age is stated.
Alternatives
The Bonnell 805 RX is a more powerful full-size rival for more money, and the E Ride Pro SR is lighter and cheaper with 25 kW peak.
Strengths
- 32 kW peak, Talaria's most powerful model
- 4374 Wh battery with a claimed 115 km at a steady 45 km/h
- Hydraulic disc brakes, 250 mm fork travel, reverse and four regen levels
- In stock at the distributor and two retailers
Drawbacks
- Off-road only: not registrable
- 98 kg
- The 754 Nm figure is peak torque at the wheel; the motor is rated at 90 Nm peak
- PEDL sells it pick-up only from its Sydney showrooms

Legal status
Where can you ride it?
- Bicycle rules
- Not a bicycle
- Its power and speed are far beyond the 250 W, 25 km/h pedelec limits, so bicycle rules don't apply.
- Road registration
- Off-road only
- Stated by the maker or its Australian distributor. Source: pedl.com.au.
An unregistered e-moto can only be ridden on private land with the owner's permission, or at a track or park that allows it. Riding one on roads, footpaths, bike paths or parks risks fines, and in some states the bike can be seized.
Note: Sold as an off-road electric motorbike; PEDL markets it for off-road riding. At 8.6 kW rated it is far beyond pedelec limits. No ADR or registration claim from the AU distributor or retailers. The distributor stocks spare parts for a road (L3e) version but does not list a road-registrable Komodo.
